Xantrex Powerpack 600 It beats freezing in the dark!

I bought the Powerpack to power the fan/blower in our gas fireplace during a power failure. Heavenly!! It must be used judiciously -not continuously- but it was a lifesaver during a recent snowstorm. There is no heat delivery system in the house which does not require electricity except the impractical (and unsafe) kitchen oven. It did the job I bought it for, and it gave us reading lights as well! I have since purchased a second unit.
